Today is the 100th anniversary of women’s suffrage. Thanks to the efforts of the suffragette movement, some women secured the right to vote on 6 February 1918. Whatever your views on gender equality today – in business and life – it is an undeniable fact that, in relative terms, much progress has been made since 1918.
ERS work with hundreds of membership organisations, each with different memberships in terms of demographics, requirements and preferences. It is our job to ensure the best election approach and tools are used for each ballot we administer.
Twenty years ago, less than 5% of the UK population had access to the internet; today in 2016 the figure is approaching 90%.
At ERS we have always worked with a wide variety of clients, on an even wider variety of projects.
