Electoral Reform Services (ERS) has a long history of administering the elections of pension fund representatives for private companies. In light of the legislative changes surrounding state pensions and auto enrolment - employers will gradually enrol all eligible workers into workplace pensions between 2012 and 2018 - we are looking at the work we do in this area and how the changes in law will affect the pension landscape.
