Nick’s career in the democratic services sector began in 1994 when he joined Electoral Reform Services as an Advisor, after graduating in Government and Public Policy. He has wide ranging experience across all disciplines, including digital voting systems, and has developed specialist knowledge of the healthcare sector.
In 2004, Nick became involved in the emerging democratisation of public healthcare. He advised the Department of Health on the new Foundation Trust legislation and the NHS Trusts on how to engage staff, patients and the public in their decision making.
In addition to being a Director of Electoral Reform Services, Nick is the founder and Managing Director of our sister company Membership Engagement Services which helps organisations build engaged communities through efficient, joined up communication, accessible systems and effective use of data.
