General email enquiries are dealt with as one-off requests and your details will not be stored. New business email enquiries are added to the Electoral Reform Services database.

We never share with or sell our database to third parties.

The only other information we collect from you is your use of the site. Using the site's web server log files, we use IP addresses to analyse trends, track users' movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on our site or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on our site or not), what browser and operating system you are using, your IP address etc.
