Electoral Reform Services also has extensive experience of conducting industrial action ballots for trade unions. Our Industrial Action team has been assisting trade unions in this crucial area since the inception of legislation 17 years ago. Over this period we have gained valuable knowledge and practical experience. In the last four years we have, on average, despatched in excess of one million industrial action voting papers annually. In the event the law is changed to allow alternative methods of voting, Electoral Reform Services is well placed to assist trade unions in utilising effectively the opportunities these changes will bring to their electoral projects. Electoral Reform Services has conducted online balloting for other clients for more than ten years and currently administer hundreds of these projects annually.
