AEA Conference

The ERS and Xpress teams were busy in Blackpool at the start of February for the 25th Annual Conference for the Association of Electoral Administrators’. We met lots of our clients, discussed the busy months ahead and were delighted to have sponsored the annual dinner.

This year the Xpress Hub was a very successful add-on to the more traditional ERS/Xpress stand allowing us to hold demonstrations and surgeries for both new and existing customers away from the hustle and bustle of the exhibition hall.

RefreshERS

From January 2012 Local Authorities will be writing to some voters as part of the Absent Vote Signature Refresh exercise. Those who applied for an Absent Vote 5 years ago will be asked to renew their signatures, ensuring that they can continue to vote by post.

To assist Local Authorities with this task Electoral Reform Services and Xpress Software Solutions have developed RefreshERS.

RefreshERS is a fully managed printing and scanning service designed to simplify and speed up the process.
