ADSO Announces Partnership with XpressThe Association of Democratic Services Officers (ADSO) is pleased to announce a major new deal as Xpress Software Solutions Ltd becomes their Main Association and Conference Sponsor for the next two years. Xpress is the UK's leading supplier of electoral software and services and last month purchased Modern Mindset which provides Modern.gov, the UK's leading decision making software supplier in the public sector with over 150 UK local authority clients. The deal will see Xpress play a key part at the Association's annual conference in Birmingham this November. They will also feature on ADSO's promotional material including the website and the weekly Democracy Direct legislative bulletin. Nick Crump, Managing Director at Xpress Software Solutions, said: “This is a busy and exciting time for everyone at Xpress. Last month we purchased Modern Mindset at the same time that Modern.gov became the market leader in committee management software. “This latest announcement reinforces our commitment to democratic services in local government and demonstrates our keenness to work alongside people who are at the coal-face of local democracy." “ADSO is a new and exciting organisation whose value to the sector is increasing day-by-day as its membership flourishes and its profile on the local government scene continues to expand. We are looking forward to working with them and are already eagerly anticipating their conference in November!” John Austin, Chairman of ADSO, said: “This is the first time we've offered the opportunity for companies to sponsor the Association in this way and I've been really pleased by the interest we've received. “For a company like Xpress to back us is a major step forward for the Association. They are a major provider of committee management software in the UK and many of our members will be familiar with their products and services. “Without the enthusiastic and loyal support of all our sponsors, events like our annual conference just would not be the same. These are exciting times for the Association as we look to move to the next level in partnership with Xpress.” Posted: 14/08/2012 |

AEA Conference The ERS and Xpress teams were busy in Blackpool at the start of February for the 25th Annual Conference for the Association of Electoral Administrators’. We met lots of our clients, discussed the busy months ahead and were delighted to have sponsored the annual dinner. This year the Xpress Hub was a very successful add-on to the more traditional ERS/Xpress stand allowing us to hold demonstrations and surgeries for both new and existing customers away from the hustle and bustle of the exhibition hall.
