Response Handling

A key element of any election process is the requirement to undertake the processing of all responses quickly and efficiently. ERS' extensive dedicated response handling unit facilitates the processing and counting of millions of ballot papers annually.

We have the capacity and extensive experience of undertaking witnessed hand counts of considerable sizes for both STV and first past the post voting methods, as well as being able to undertake membership validity checks, dealing with unrelated correspondence and handling incoming enquiries.
