1. I need another ballot paper
Every ballot that we run is different and occasionally duplicate ballot papers cannot be issued; however, if you require a replacement ballot paper, you may call our Customer Services team (020 8889 9203), stating which ballot you are trying to vote in and if appropriate request a duplicate paper to be sent to you. Please note that we may require some form of written declaration from you, but our customer services team can advise you further.
2. I can't find the online voting website
Search engines such as Google cannot find our website for security reasons. The only people who need to know the URL of any currently running ballot are the voters eligible to participate in that ballot, and those voters will be sent a ballot paper with the URL printed on it, or advised of the URL by email. Nobody else needs to know what the URLs are, so we don't publish them in a way which allows Google or other search engines to index them. The only way to access them is to type the website address into the address bar (please see screen shot below).
3. How do I fill in my ballot paper?
General voting instructions should appear in your voting pack, either on the ballot paper itself or on an accompanying document. If you require further assistance then please contact our Customer Services team.
4. I would like some information on STV voting

5. I need to change my address
Please contact the organisation concerned directly. Unfortunately due to the data protection act, Electoral Reform Services is unable to change your address on the data file we have been provided with.
6. Can you tell me the result of the election I have just voted in?
Please contact the organisation who we were balloting on behalf of, as we have provided this information directly to them.
